The Key Account Manager at SFS Medina - Automotive Division is responsible for developing profitable sales with assigned customers respectively in assigned sales areas. The mission is to serve as a trusted advisor to existing and potential new customers in a manner that assures deepened customer relationships, high customer satisfaction, new customer acquisition, increased sales and profitable revenue growth. Additionally, the ideal candidate performs the daily duties and tasks as assigned based on the principles of the SFS corporate model and values.


Principal Duties:

    Establishes annual budget and action planImplements sales activities according to budget and action planAcquires new customers and new partsTakes care of customers and offers valuable solutions (value selling)Prepares and presents offers with support of SFS Customer Service and SpecialistsResponsible for operating in Key Account Manager role with an Entrepreneurial spirit and helping run and grow the businessResponsible for price negotiationsTakes ownership as customer advocate as appropriate willing balancing SFS interestsCheck, develop, and negotiate customer contracts, supported by SFS specialists

The Ideal Candidate:
