  • Our client is seeking a results-oriented Key Account Manager to lead and expand strategic customer relationships throughout the U.S. market. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while driving profitable business growth.

Position Overview:

  • As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing existing business while identifying new opportunities within key accounts. You'll lead commercial negotiations, support new product launches, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate across multiple departments to ensure successful project execution and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Commercial Strategy

  • Lead RFQs, quotations, pricing negotiations, and commercial discussions

  • Prepare, submit, and manage customer proposals and quotations

  • Review customer contracts, negotiate commercial terms, and assess business risks

  • Support both short- and long-term strategic business planning

  • Develop sales forecasts and account growth strategies

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

  • Track sales performance, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams

  • Ensure customer expectations are clearly understood and consistently exceeded

  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • 4-7 years of experience in:
