Position Overview:
As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing existing business while identifying new opportunities within key accounts. You'll lead commercial negotiations, support new product launches, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate across multiple departments to ensure successful project execution and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Commercial Strategy
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts
Lead RFQs, quotations, pricing negotiations, and commercial discussions
Develop pricing strategies that support profitability and long-term growth
Prepare, submit, and manage customer proposals and quotations
Review customer contracts, negotiate commercial terms, and assess business risks
Support both short- and long-term strategic business planning
Develop sales forecasts and account growth strategies
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Track sales performance, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
Ensure customer expectations are clearly understood and consistently exceeded
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
Coordinate communication across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and global business teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer account activity
Support customer claims, VA/VE initiatives, audits, and commercial discussions
Monitor account profitability and overall business performance
Organize and lead customer meetings and business reviews
Advocate internally for customer needs while balancing business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
4-7 years of experience in:
Key Account Management
B2B Sales
Business Development
Proven success managing strategic customer relationships
Experience leading commercial negotiations and pricing discussions
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM platforms, SAP, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
Preferred:
Experience within the automotive manufacturing industry, particularly involving:
