Job description

Job Title: National Account manager

Reports to: President

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary:

 

A National Account Manager builds and maintains relationships with the large, key clients (national accounts), acting as a senior liaison to drive sales, strategy, and satisfaction for high-value customers, oversees regional teams, negotiating contracts,

analyzing date, and ensuring alignment with company goals for significant growth and long-term partnerships.


Essential Duties: and Responsibilities:

·      Client/relationship Management.

·      Business Strategy and planning.

·      Sales and Revenue growth.

·      Internal Collaboration.

·      Market expertise.

·      Team Leadership.

·      Data analysis and reporting.

·      Serve as the main contact for key clients, ensuring strong corporate relationships.

·      Updating, maintaining, and submitting POGs (Planograms) to corporate contacts in a timely manner. All POGs will be reset at least once per year.

·      Creating and presenting new programs and products to corporate accounts.

·      Supplying POG load sheets for internal and external use.

·      Maintaining the corporate price book for Key clients at the corporate level and coordinating with our client’s price book

personnel.

·      Attending trade shows as required, approximately 4–6 times per year.

·      Managing the resource center, providing guidelines, to-dos, and reset schedules for field teams.

·      Continuous education and support for the field and regional managers.

·      Will be required to provide key clients on General Conference Calls and Regional Manager Calls.

·      Other Duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

·      Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.

·      Experience with complex sales cycles and large-scale accounts.

·      Ability to work independently.

·      Proven experience as a National Account Manager -Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.

·      Experience in marketing or related field.

·      Diligent and Punctual.

·      Works well with Team members.

·      Good leadership skills.


·      Ability to pay attention to details.

·      Sales experience.

·      Proficient in Excel, word, PowerPoint, and outlook.

·      Proficient in creating presentations with AI or PowerPoint.

·      Distribution experience.

·      Ability to travel.
