Job description

As our Customer Quality Manager, you will be the trusted quality partner for our customers, ensuring outstanding support, driving continuous improvement, and safeguarding product excellence. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams across Europe to resolve complex quality topics, lead critical investigations, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all quality-related topics and complaints, coordinating investigations and ensuring timely technical and financial resolution.
  • Lead critical incidents, driving root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
  • Own and manage customer complaints within the ICCM (SAP) system, acting as both complaint owner and task owner whenever required.
  • Support aseptic tests for newly installed filling lines, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and the commercial organization on aseptic filling technology.
  • Develop and deliver quality-related training, covering aseptic filling, quality assurance, and quality control topics.
  • Act as the key interface with global and regional Quality teams, facilitating and participating in customer quality audits.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers (KAM), Product Account Managers (PAM), Service Account Managers (SAM), and Field Service Engineers (FSE) to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Contribute to customer information requests, continuous improvement initiatives, and material change programs.
  • Support colleagues across Europe whenever needed, sharing expertise and driving best practices throughout the organization.
You bring these skills, experience & education
  • A degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of aseptic filling processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, BRC, and/or IFS quality standards is highly valued.
  • A passion for quality, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead investigations and identify sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
  • Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) is required.
