Job Summary

BOXABL is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly and salaried positions across a fast-paced modular manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining compliance with all employment laws and company policies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, construction, industrial, or skilled trades environments. They are highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-growth environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, technical, professional, and corporate positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Create compelling job postings and advertise positions across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Source passive and active candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other recruiting methods.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and recruiting pipeline activity.
  • Build talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Participate in hiring events, job fairs, community outreach, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO and OFCCP requirements (if applicable).
  • Support onboarding activities and coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug testing, and employment verification.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and social media recruiting.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other HR and recruiting duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, construction, industrial, logistics, or skilled trades positions strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume hourly production employees.
  • Experience recruiting engineers, operations, supply chain, and corporate professionals.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, AIRS, or similar recruiting certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/ATS systems.
