We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant/Receptionist who can support both clinical and administrative operations and help ensure a smooth, positive experience for every patient.
Position Overview
The Medical Assistant will work closely with our podiatrists and office staff to assist with patient care, maintain clinical workflow, and support front-desk operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced medical setting, and values compassionate patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
  • Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
  • Assist the podiatrist with patient examinations and procedures
  • Perform clinical tasks such as taking vitals, updating medications and medical histories, and documenting patient information
  • Coordinate patient care by following up on lab results, imaging results, and outgoing referrals
  • Provide patient education on foot and ankle care, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions
  • Manage clinical supplies, sterilize instruments, and ensure proper infection control
  • Assist with wound care, bandaging, the diabetic shoe program, and orthotic fittings

Clerical Duties
