What We Need:
Obagi is seeking a meticulous and results-driven Affiliate & Performance Marketing Manager to own and grow our affiliate and creator partnership ecosystem, while supporting broader performance marketing initiatives. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on managing multiple revenue channels at once, digging into data to find opportunities, and building relationships with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders alike. Responsible for leading our affiliate programs, this role will oversee creator sampling and gifting operations, support our social commerce presence, and contribute to cross-channel reporting that shapes how we invest in performance marketing.
What You’ll Do:
Affiliate & Creator Partnership Management 
  • Own day-to-day management of our affiliate and creator partnership programs, coordinating with external agencies on execution, approvals, and asset delivery 
  • Manage commission budgets, ROAS targets, and promotional calendars across affiliate channels 
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators and publishers, including prospecting, communications, and issue resolution 
  • Monitor for fraud, brand protection issues, and platform hygiene across all partner channels 
Creator Sampling & Gifting 
  • Lead product sampling strategy for affiliates and creators, forecasting quantities and types of samples based on campaign priorities and inventory availability 
  • Manage day-to-day creator gifting requests and follow-up communications, balancing revenue impact with resource constraints 
Social Commerce Support 
  • Support execution and performance monitoring for our social commerce presence, coordinating with agency partners on campaign setup and platform issues 
  • Flag pacing, execution, or platform issues for escalation as needed 
Cross-Channel Reporting & Analytics 
  • Compile and organize performance data across marketing mix modeling, analytics, and platform reporting tools 
  • Support preparation of executive-facing reporting materials, dashboards, and pacing updates 
Paid Media & Program Support 
  • Assist with campaign setup, QA, and tracking across paid platforms 
  • Coordinate with agency partners on budgets, purchase orders, and timelines 
  • Evaluate new platforms and partnership opportunities to identify incremental revenue growth
What You’ll Need:
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business, Marketing, or related
  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience in affiliate or performance marketing, social commerce, or digital marketing
    • Prior experience within beauty, skincare, aesthetics, wellness, or med device preferred but not required
    • Prior experience managing external agencies or vendor relationships required
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to details; demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a collaborative mindset
  • Exceptional analytical skills, and high confidence working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly, with a passion for creative problem solving.
  • Possess an energetic, driven, positive attitude.
