  • Develop and maintain a best-in-class performance reporting system, including forecasting, budget allocation, channel mix modeling, and incrementally thinking, so leadership can make fast, informed growth decisions

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing, preferably in a consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environment
  • Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets ($50M-$100M+ preferred)
  • Deep expertise across major paid acquisition platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Google, and YouTube
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, incrementally testing, and performance modeling
  • Track record of scaling growth while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback period
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in trading, fintech, or financial products
  • Familiarity with advanced attribution models and incrementally testing frameworks
  • Strong intuition for creative strategy and direct response marketing

  • Competitive salary & equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage
  • 401k match
  • Hardware setup - new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
