Job description

As a Marketing Trainee in the Marketing department, you will support business strategies, supporting a culture of high quality standards and proactive selling.


What will I be doing?

A Marketing Trainee with Hilton is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. A Marketing Trainee will be part of an 6 month program, where performing the following duties with the most high standards: 

o Assist in the review of business plans and ensure proactive measures to meet established objectives
o Creation of content on Social Networks
o Contribute and support the hotel's commercial strategy 
o Support for the repositioning of the hotel brand
o Organize and support the commercial activities of the hotel
o Look for opportunities to increase expansion on social networks
o Ensure complete management and execution of planned events
