Job description

We’re looking for a talented Performance Marketer to join a Series A startup that is growing like crazy. Your primary focus will be driving growth through LinkedIn Ads, the most important channel for reaching recruiters and agencies. You’ll own the full funnel from strategy to execution, and constantly look for ways to optimize performance. This role comes with a high degree of ownership and experimentation, if you have a hypothesis to improve conversion rates, you’ll have the freedom to test it.

What You’ll Do

  • Own campaign strategy and execution for LinkedIn Ads while maintaining CAC and ROAS goals.

  • Analyze and optimize acquisition funnels to improve conversion and engagement.

  • Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure campaign success.

  • Design and run A/B tests to refine targeting, creative, and messaging.

  • Collaborate with design and product to create high-performing landing pages and ad assets.

  • Stay ahead of trends in LinkedIn advertising and B2B performance marketing.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

  • Strong background in B2B acquisition and funnel optimization.

  • Bonus: experience with marketplaces or professional services and start-ups
