Job description

Pay: $18-$23/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
Location: Remote / Work From Home
In this role, you'll reach out to business owners and decision-makers about upgrading their phone systems (RingCentral) and strengthening their cybersecurity - asking smart questions, identifying which businesses are a good fit, and scheduling qualified appointments for our team. This is a relationship-driven, B2B calling role, not a script-reading job.
This is not an entry-level or customer-support position. If your phone experience is limited to retail, food service, or inbound customer support, this is not the right role for you. We're specifically looking for someone with a background in outbound B2B sales, appointment setting, or lead generation for a technology, SaaS, telecom, or IT/cybersecurity company.
What you'll do
  • Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
  • Ask smart, informed questions about their current phone system and security setup
  • Identify businesses that are a genuine fit for RingCentral or our cybersecurity services
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Keep accurate notes and update records in our CRM

What you need (all required)
  • At least 1-2 years of outbound B2B calling, appointment setting, or inside sales experience - specifically in technology, SaaS, telecom, VoIP, IT services, or cybersecurity
  • Working familiarity with business phone/VoIP systems (RingCentral, RingCentral competitors, or similar UCaaS platforms) or IT/cybersecurity concepts - you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand what you're selling
  • Comfortable and confident cold-calling business owners without a rigid script
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Reliable high-speed internet, your own computer, and a quiet place to work
  • Available Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
