Seasonal Planning: Partner with Global Brands, Communications, Business Units, Product Marketing, and Market teams to develop seasonal seeding and gifting plans aligned with product and campaign timelines.

Cross-Functional Execution: Lead planning and delivery of key seeding initiatives, aligning stakeholders, resources, timelines, and business objectives.

Agency and Vendor Management: Manage external agency and vendor partners against established scope, budget, service levels, and performance expectations.

Analytics and Reporting: Develop performance measurement and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into inventory health, seeding impact, operational efficiency, and business opportunities.

Financial Management: Manage seeding budgets, forecasting, and spend tracking while maintaining financial discipline, compliance, and responsible stewardship of company resources.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Seeding team through clear objectives, accountability, collaboration, and capability building that supports evolving business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail with a results-focused approach to execution.

Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to establish accountability, foster collaboration, and develop team capabilities.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience supporting product seeding, gifting, influencer, talent, or Culture Marketing programs within a global consumer brand environment.
