Your Impact: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Performance Marketing who will play a crucial role in driving our global paid acquisition strategies. You are a hands-on performance marketer to own paid media in the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display). You'll run campaigns day-to-day, manage budgets, and make the spend work harder. This is an IC role for someone who's equal parts strategic and operational, and who lets data drive the decisions.

What You'll Do:

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
  • Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets
  • Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency
  • Work with Analytics on measurement, incrementally, and attribution-and turn the results into action
  • Constantly test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships that unlock scalable growth.

About You:

  • 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
  • Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads.
  • Strong analytical chops-you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize.
  • Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.
  • Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own.
