About the Role

The Multimedia Content Strategist will work with BPM’s creative team to develop social media content and strategies, blogs, website content, drip marketing campaigns, and more. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and a data‑driven approach to content. You will be responsible for creating, editing, optimizing, and strategizing the direction of BPM’s client’s content across multiple platforms.

What You Will Do
  • Create and implement editorial content as part of each brand’s social media calendar across multiple platforms
  • Develop or coordinate engaging, interactive content (e.g., social media videos, reels, giveaways/contests, influencer collaborations)
  • Create social media graphics that align with each brand’s standards
  • Maintain social media accounts by replying to comments and messages
  • Develop social media strategy for Baer Performance Marketing and collaborate with team members to implement
  • Monitor competitors’ digital presence and marketing activities to identify opportunities
  • Write blog posts and website content
  • Draft copy and collaborate with designers to create print and digital ads
  • Design and execute email and drip marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute tactics to effectively market BPM’s services (e.g., video, white papers, presentations)
  • Keep on top of new and emerging trends, guidelines, and best practices in marketing
  • Apply data‑informed creativity by running A/B tests and using insights to refine content effectiveness
  • Attend networking and educational events
  • Assist the promotional products team by designing product mockups and developing presentations
  • Support the sales staff by creating and updating client proposals in Panda Doc platform as needed
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Experience working with social media channels
  • Proficiency in Canva is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools is preferred but not required.
