What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Performance Marketing pro you will build, execute and optimize high-impact campaigns across Meta and other digital channels. Youโ€™ll manage event-specific advertising with long sales cycles, optimize campaigns for buyers and cash ROI, and provide strategic thought leadership across the marketing team. This role requires 3โ€“5 years of hands-on Meta ad platform experience; strong direct-response skills, and the ability to analyze performance to drive measurable business results.


Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta and other digital channels.
  • Manage long sales-cycle campaigns.
  • Utilize off-platform analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Adjust campaigns to deliver monthly cash, buyer, and sales targets.
  • Mitigate lead fraud and low-quality traffic.
