Job description

Who We Are

Xnurta is an AI-powered ad management platform for brands, sellers and agencies advertising on Amazon and beyond. Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional advertising performance through a powerful combination of AI-driven technology, advanced analytics, and hands-on expertise.

Our platform empowers advertisers to tailor their ideal balance of automation and human oversight, giving them full transparency, flexibility, and control over how they scale performance. Whether it's accelerating campaign setup, unlocking granular insights, or improving ROAS through continuous optimization, Xnurta equips customers with the tools and intelligence they need to grow faster.

If you're energized by the future of AI, retail media, and performance advertising, you'll feel right at home here.

Our Values

Our core values are the foundation of our culture and the driving force behind our innovative approach to retail media advertising.

  • Humble Excellence: Humility is the cornerstone of excellence. We emphasize respect for clients and stakeholders, aiming to educate, serve and foster strong relationships.
  • Always Learning Mindset: Continuous adaptation and a growth mindset are crucial to our team, as there’s always more to learn and new ways to innovate.
  • Extreme Accountability: Everyone is expected to take full ownership, ensuring communication of any obstacles while delivering results.
  • Diverse Thinking: While expertise in Amazon Ads is valued, we also prioritize diversity in experiences, including backgrounds from brand, agency, tech and other industries.
  • Customer Obsession: A relentless commitment to understanding and prioritizing our clients' needs, ensuring exceptional service and value at every touchpoint to drive innovation and foster loyalty.

Position Overview

This role is for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who's ready to build and run paid acquisition programs that generate real pipeline — not just clicks. Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Lead, you'll work closely with senior team members to translate our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) into precise, multi-channel targeting, keeping a sharp focus on lead quality over lead volume. This is a strong fit for someone early in their B2B performance marketing career who wants to grow into a channel owner.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads (Document Ads, Conversation Ads, Lead Gen Forms) and Google Ads (Search & Performance Max), supporting account-based marketing efforts targeting key decision-makers.
  • Help translate core ICP parameters — business types and job titles — into platform targeting structures, applying exclusions and negative targeting to keep lead quality high.
  • Support experimentation on Meta and TikTok, including building and testing lookalike audiences from closed-won customers.
  • Assist in identifying and testing relevant Reddit communities where our ICP engages, and help craft native, value-first campaign copy.
  • Monitor and report on funnel metrics — Cost per ICP Lead, Lead-to-SQL conversion, Pipeline Generated — flagging trends and optimization opportunities to the broader team.
  • Maintain clean tracking and attribution in partnership with Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, and our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Continuously A/B test landing pages and ad creative to improve conversion-to-demo rates.

What You’ll Bring

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally with some in-house or agency-side B2B SaaS exposure.
  • Working knowledge of ICP-based targeting and interest in learning how to reverse-engineer target account lists into campaign structures.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads Manager, with exposure to Meta, TikTok, or Reddit Ads a plus.
  • Comfort working with data — pulling reports, spotting trends, and translating numbers into next steps.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS fundamentals (e.g., MQL/SQL, pipeline, CAC).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines reliably.

What We Offer

Be part of a lean, collaborative marketing team where your work directly impacts pipeline and growth.

Work in a high-performing environment that moves fast, values creative thinking, and isn't afraid to experiment.

Mentorship and room to grow into a channel owner as you build expertise across the paid stack.

Position yourself at the forefront of AI and agentic advertising in retail media.
