Job description

Location: Raliegh, NC

Pay rate: $24.00 min

The HR Coordinator works closely with the Recruiter and HR Manager to support daily HR operations, onboarding, and employee communications. This role plays a key part in coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruiting efforts, and providing responsive HR support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the onboarding process, including pre-employment steps, documentation, and New Hire Orientation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and new hires to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and process HR transactions in the HRIS.
  • Support recruiting activities such as interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, employee communications, and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
