Come join the premier staffing and recruiting firm! The Greer Group, Inc., based in Raleigh, North Carolina, is a woman-owned, privately held, staffing and recruiting Services Company. Since 1986, our staffing services have built solid work force partnerships with our clients. We are looking for outstanding employees to develop these client relationships!

We are seeking a part-time HR Assistant to assist in our Raleigh office, and off-site offices if needed.

  • Support staff with sourcing of applicants.
  • Provide HR support by assisting with audits and paperwork.
  • Completing and performing initial phone screens.
  • Scheduling interview with candidates and Client Service Managers.
  • Answering questions with excellent customer service skills.
  • Data entry and updating the database.
  • Other administrative/clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Great opportunity for current college students!
  • Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruiting or HR related experience.
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
