You will work directly with employees, Area Supervisors, customers, medical providers,

insurance representatives, and others to gather information and ensure timely follow-up

As a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist, you will gain hands-on experience in HR, enhance your administrative expertise, and be part of a supportive team dedicated to quality and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, documenting and escalating as needed.
  • Manage routine FMLA administration, including paperwork, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Set up and manage Workers' Compensation claims, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Assist with liability claims by gathering information and maintaining communication with involved parties.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential HR records including FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and employee relations.
  • Support HR projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
