Human Resources Specialist provide service to team members in the community that enable them to function at the highest possible level. This service includes:
  • Assist employees with password resets and account/application set up
  • Assist in employee retention efforts
  • Back up payroll
  • Assist in new hire orientation activities (drug screen, TB test, orientation date, etc.)
  • Organizes customer service training (WE CARE)
  • Assist in reviewing applications/resumes
  • Maintains the HRIS database and generates requested reports to assist management.
  • Maintains team member files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Assists in planning team member appreciation and recognition events.
Required:
  • Able to speak and understand English.
  • Spanish language knowledge a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with residents, family members and staff.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft platform.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine interest in working with older adults.
