Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and brand standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.

This role is essential in delivering high-quality food and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines

  • Set up and stock assigned kitchen stations with necessary supplies

  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel/restaurant standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times

  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures

  • Monitor food inventory and communicate shortages to supervisors

  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
