Small finance/mortgage company near Memorial Art Gallery with secure free parking

Job Description (PART-TIME):

Duties include:

  • Payroll Processing and reporting
  • Review monthly bank statements and prepare bank reports
  • Assist with tax filings and audit reporting
  • Annual review of state compliance
  • State regulatory compliance work

Must have good credit. Base salary with potential for bonus, benefits (401K, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, pension). Excellent office environment. A good understanding of accounting and finance with 2-3 years experience. Knowledge of mortgage lending and regulations helpful. Must be good at simple mathematics. Strong communication skills and must be comfortable working with a team. Proficient with Excel, Word and experience with QuickBooks preferred.
