Gestion Zagora est une entreprise jeune, dynamique et en pleine croissance, spécialisée en gestion immobilière résidentielle. En opération depuis plus de 5 ans, l’entreprise détient et gère plusieurs immeubles locatifs principalement à Montréal, sur la Rive-Sud, à Gatineau et à Québec.

Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous souhaitons agrandir notre équipe afin de soutenir la croissance de nos opérations et renforcer notre département de comptabilité.


Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) Administrateur(trice) légal(e) en comptabilité organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve) pour soutenir nos équipes des finances et des affaires juridiques dans la gestion de nos nombreuses entités corporatives et de nos opérations immobilières.


Vos principales responsabilités


Administration corporative

  • Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour des registres corporatifs de nos différentes sociétés.
  • Préparer les résolutions, procès-verbaux et autres documents corporatifs.
  • Effectuer le suivi des déclarations annuelles, immatriculations et obligations réglementaires.
  • Veiller au respect des échéances corporatives.


Soutien légal

  • Préparer, réviser et assurer le suivi de contrats, ententes et autres documents administratifs.
  • Coordonner les échanges avec les avocats, notaires, institutions financières et autres partenaires externes.
  • Assurer le suivi des signatures, des autorisations et des échéanciers.
  • Maintenir une documentation juridique complète, organisée et confidentielle.


Soutien comptable et financier

  • Préparer les documents nécessaires à l'ouverture de comptes bancaires et à la création de nouvelles entités.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de comptabilité dans la préparation des dossiers financiers et administratifs.
  • Assurer le suivi de la documentation requise pour les audits, refinancements et transactions immobilières.
  • Effectuer le suivi de certaines obligations financières et réglementaires.


Acquisitions et conformité

  • Participer à la préparation de la documentation lors d'acquisitions ou de refinancements d'immeubles.
  • Coordonner les échanges entre les équipes internes et les professionnels externes.
  • Veiller à la conformité des dossiers corporatifs et administratifs.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus administratifs et documentaires.


Profil recherché

  • Diplôme en comptabilité, administration, techniques juridiques ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Expérience en administration corporative ou en immobilier.
  • Bonne compréhension des structures corporatives et des documents financiers.
  • Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel.
  • Connaissance d'un logiciel comptable ou ERP (un atout).
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et souci du détail.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à respecter des échéances serrées.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et esprit de collaboration.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
