SMARDT poursuit l'expansion de ses activites en Amerique du Nord et est a la recherche d'un(e) Administrateur(trice) des feuilles de temps a fort impact afin de gerer et maintenir a jour les systemes et processus de feuilles de temps, en soutien aux besoins operationnels, de production et de service apres-vente.

Principales responsabilites


1. Administration des dossiers de temps

  • Examiner, valider et traiter les feuilles de temps des employes.
  • Assurer le suivi precis des presences, incluant les heures regulieres, les heures supplementaires, les absences et les vacances.


2. Resolution des anomalies de pointage

  • Analyser et corriger les ecarts ou erreurs dans les feuilles de temps.
  • Collaborer avec les employes et les gestionnaires afin d'obtenir les approbations et corrections necessaires.


3. Soutien au traitement de la paie

  • Veiller a l'exactitude des donnees de temps et a leur transmission dans les delais requis pour la paie.


4. Conformite et integrite des donnees

  • Assurer le respect des politiques internes et des reglementations applicables.
  • Garantir la confidentialite et l'exactitude des dossiers des employes.


5. Rapports et soutien administratif

  • Produire des rapports de presence et d'heures supplementaires.
  • Suggerer des ameliorations visant a optimiser l'efficacite, la precision et l'experience utilisateur des systemes de gestion du temps.


6. Soutien aux fonctions de reception et administratives

  • Assurer la reception, notamment en repondant aux appels, en accueillant les visiteurs et en traitant les demandes d'information.
  • Apporter un soutien aux activites administratives, incluant la planification, la saisie de donnees et les taches generales de bureau.
  • Contribuer au bon fonctionnement quotidien du bureau en maintenant des dossiers et une documentation bien organises.


Profil Recherche


  • Une formation pertinente ou une certification en paie, en gestion du temps et des presences ou en administration de bureau constitue un atout.
  • De 1 a 3 ans d'experience en gestion du temps, en administration de la paie, en gestion de la main-d'uvre ou dans un role administratif connexe.
  • Experience dans le traitement et la verification des feuilles de temps et des dossiers de presence des employes.
  • Experience avec des systemes de gestion du temps et des presences.
  • Experience dans la resolution des ecarts de pointage et dans le maintien de dossiers employes exacts.
  • Maitrise de Microsoft Excel et des autres applications de la suite Microsoft Office pour la saisie de donnees, la production de rapports et la gestion documentaire.

What We're Looking For


Smardt is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Timecard Administrator with experience in timekeeping and administrative support. The ideal candidate is committed to accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency, with a proven ability to manage timekeeping records, support payroll processes, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.


What You'll Do:


1. Administers Timekeeping Records

  • Reviews, validates, and processes employee timecards.
  • Maintains accurate attendance records, including regular hours, overtime, absences, and vacation.


2. Resolves Timekeeping Issues

  • Investigates and corrects timecard discrepancies.
  • Works with employees and supervisors to obtain required approvals and corrections.


3. Supports Payroll Processing

  • Ensures adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.

6. Supports Reception and Administrative Functions

Essential requirements:

  • Relevant training or certification in payroll, time and attendance systems, or office administration is an asset.
  • 1-3 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll administration, workforce administration, or a related administrative role.
  • Experience processing and reviewing employee timecards and attendance records.
  • Experience working with time and attendance management systems.
  • Experience in resolving timekeeping discrepancies and maintaining accurate employee records.
