About the Role We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Account Executive to support the delivery of high-impact social and behaviour change campaigns. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn fast, contribute ideas, and build a career in strategic communications.
What you'll do:
  • Project & Team Support Support delivery of communications projects across their full lifecycle
  • Contribute ideas, research, and inspiration to strengthen creative work
  • Assist with briefs, reviews, and development of campaign materials Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status reports
  • Creative & Strategy Contribution Bring a point of view-contribute ideas thoughtfully and proactively
  • Support research, insight gathering, and development of campaign stimulus Stay on top of industry trends and share relevant inspiration with teams
  • Operations & Execution Support account administration (timing plans, meeting setup, reporting)
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high quality and formatting standards Assist with financial processes including estimates, POs, and invoicing
  • Help coordinate internal processes across production, digital, and print
