Job Title: ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Location: BROADWAY, NY (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and maintain the MTA IT asset database.
  • Validate hardware inventories across multiple locations.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset records within ServiceNow.
  • Track computer-related assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support asset deployment, recovery, and reconciliation initiatives.
  • Review and refine existing asset management processes and procedures.
  • Research new device models and part standards.
  • Generate scheduled reports supporting compliance, audits, and executive oversight.
  • Coordinate with IT field teams and end users regarding asset-related activities.
  • Support implementation of new asset management tools, systems, and modules.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation and data analysis.
  • Support enterprise asset tracking and lifecycle management activities.
  • Assist with large-scale IT asset deployment and recovery initiatives.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
