Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, this leader will own overall market performance across operations, people leadership, client partnership, financial results, compliance, and business growth.
This is a significant leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to run a labor-intensive service business, lead through complexity, and build structure in a fast-moving environment. The Atlanta market is well-positioned, growing, and supported by a strong portfolio that includes major commercial real estate, data center, industrial, manufacturing, and distribution-related business. Your Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in contract security, military operations, or a comparable labor-intensive, service-oriented environment
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a labor-intensive, service-driven environment
  • Experience owning results across operations, people leadership, client partnership, and financial performance
  • Strong comfort level with ambiguity, pace, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to lead distributed teams and create accountability across a multi-site operation
  • Strong business judgment and comfort with metrics, labor management, and profitability levers
  • A valid driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
