Sodexo is hiring an Area Executive Chef for the Lake Washington school district in Seattle, Washington. This position provides culinary support to schools within the district. The Area Executive Chef will be an energetic, polished culinary professional with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
This is an on-site opportunity in Seattle Washington that requires occasional travel to schools in the district.
What You'll Do
  • Menu development, Culinary planning, Culinary production, Recipe development
  • Previous experience with Plate costing, Inventory management, FMS (implementation and training)
  • Experience training in food safety
  • Support staff in recruiting, selection of chefs and their development
  • Culinary systems knowledge and expertise - FMS
  • Represent company in presentations - sales, new programs, retention, etc

  • strong management skills.
