Bathhouse is a home for people to look, feel, and perform their very best. Guests utilize our amenitiesโ€”thermal pools, saunas, steam roomsโ€”in a sleek, modern, and socially engaging atmosphere. We offer best-in-class massages and scrubs that are protocol-driven treatments delivered by an elite team of practitioners. Anybody with a body can benefit from a Bathhouse service.

We focus on functionality over preciousness and recovery over relaxationโ€”the "anti-spa" spa experience. We are industry rebels. Join us.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bathhouse is looking for an attentive, organized, hands-on, detail-oriented Area Attendant to keep our pool and sauna areas clean and maintained throughout the day and evening. This role will be an integral part of the team, responsible for providing high-quality service to Bathhouse guests by maintaining a clean and organized environment for guests to relax and appreciate the space.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of Bathhouse amenities to ensure a serene, immaculate, and elevated guest experience.
  • Maintain unobstructed floors and pathways to support guest safety, comfort, and relaxation.
  • Squeegee floors regularly to keep walkways dry and slip-free.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable presence within the space, confidently answering guest questions about Bathhouse offerings with warmth, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Preserve the visual and operational standards of the amenities by collecting used towels, water bottles, slides, and other guest items in a timely manner.
  • Observe and report any maintenance or functionality concerns within the amenities areas, submitting service tickets to the Facilities team as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer service; experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or luxury environments strongly preferred.
  • Open to working a part-time schedule of 2-3 shifts a week.
  • Comfortable performing light cleaning duties in guest-facing spaces.
  • Comfortable standing and squeegeeing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness to obtain Adult CPR and First Aid certification (training support provided).
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional; consistent attendance is an essential function of the role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a calm, guest-first demeanor.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Hourly rate: $20/hour
  • Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance available for full-time employees.
  • Complimentary unlimited admission to Bathhouse.
  • Two "Plus One" guest passes per month.
  • 50% discount on services, retail products, and restaurant offerings.
