Receptionist for PM Shifts

The receptionist is the first point of contact for our members and plays an essential role in communication.

This position has evening shifts throughout the week and weekends.

Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities:
  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages
  • Greet members and guests entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Record dining amp; special event reservations
  • Coordinate general maintenance requests/concerns
  • Ensure lamps in Clubhouse are on and all dรฉcor seems to be in place
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Take to-go orders
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
