Why is this Role Essential?

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Application Support Administrator to join its growing Application Services team! This role supports the management of user access across multiple systems, technology processes, and departmental documentation. Responsibilities include account creation and deactivation, access auditing, process documentation, and supporting communication and training materials related to new technology initiatives and system updates. This position plays an important role in maintaining secure, organized, and scalable operational processes as the department continues to grow.

What Will You Do?

  • Manage user access administration across multiple business applications, including account setup, modifications, deactivation, and periodic access reviews
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating timely system access for employees, providers, and external partners
  • Assist with software license management and user support for various enterprise platforms and productivity tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Human Resources, IT, and other departments to ensure compliance with access management and security procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to help maintain accurate user access records and support organizational security standards
  • Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal knowledge resources
  • Support communication efforts and training materials related to technology updates, new system implementations, and process improvements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational workflows and scalable technology support processes as the organization grows
