Job Description:

  • Anchor and lead end to end engagement in technical front
  • Be the first point of contact with client and interactwork closely with Technical Architects from the client side
  • Should have knowledge of End user technologies like AD Exchange O365 MS teams and any other tools like Quest or Bit Titan
  • Work closely with the client to establish migration roadmaps and priorities
  • Establish detailed migration project plans and execute against them
  • Verify technical feasibility and validate solution options for the requirements
  • Validate Discovery Report Design and Plan the Migration and get the Signoff from Stakeholder
  • Validate RUN Book and SOPs and get the signoff from stakeholder
  • Set priorities function as mentor help with problem escalation and communicate significant problems or issues to management
  • O365 features deployment knowledge good understanding of core and secondary O365 services such as Teams OneDrive for Business SharePoint Planner ToDo etc
  • Understand attribute management as it relates to O365 identities such as user objects O365 Groups
  • M365 features deployment knowledge
  • Good understanding of Azure and Active Directory in a multi forest domain infrastructure including authentication and authorization principles
  • User account management and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge in ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Manage Engine or any other ITSM tools
  • Experience in creating SOP Run book and user guides

Requirements

  • 8-10 years for experience in Exchange implementation migrations Including Onprem and Cloud
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and dependent services DNS DHCP ADFS etc
  • Discover AD Exchange Exchange Online Security setting configurations and prepare discovery report
  • Capture and document the Risk Dependency for each ADExchangeExchange OnlineSecurity elements in the environment
  • Prepare Design document and get it approved from Architect internally and from client architect
  • Prepare migration build and test cases document
  • Build the environment as per the design and validate
  • Prepare technical insights and key scenarios required to drive the right technical and business solution outcomes
  • Be a subject matter expert to field sales team leading technical presentations demonstrations workshops architecture design sessions PoC PoT discussions etc
  • Influence technical decision for our customers during sales opportunities and pursuits through tailoring solution and key differentiation messaging bringing ideas to customers engaging with them to show our technology differentiation and guiding them in decision making
  • Other Attributes Good to have knowledge or working experience on the migration tools such Quest BitTitan etc
  • Good to have knowledge or working experience about Lotus Notes Gmail tenant to tenant migrations Azure AD SharePoint Teams One Drive In  tune or O365M365 services

  • Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand
  • Ability to develop strategic customer relationships gain trust and respect for the team
