Job description

Lateral Link is assisting an AmLaw100 firm and repeat client with a search for an Antitrust Associate with 1-5 years of experience to add to their dynamic group.

This is an opportunity to join a broad-based experience across the full spectrum of antitrust law โ€” everything from high-stakes litigation to government investigations to strategic counseling. The associate will handle complex antitrust litigation, defending clients in high-profile matters and also represent clients and merger investigations.

Experience engaging directly with the FTC and DOJ is strongly preferred.

The group is busy. You can expect close contact with partners and the chance to be a well-rounded antitrust attorney.

There is also a $25,000 transition bonus available to the new hire.

In addition to mentorship and sophisticated work, the firm prides itself on their culture. The people are what really "sells" the platform.

The group is in the early stages of reviewing candidates.
