Experience: 5โ€“7 years

Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 5โ€“7 years of experience to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation matters across both state and federal courts while taking on significant responsibility and direct client interaction.

What Youโ€™ll Work On:

  • Handling complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
  • Litigating sophisticated disputes, including antitrust and class action matters
  • Managing discovery, depositions, and motion practice
  • Drafting briefs, pleadings, and other court filings
  • Participating in hearings, court appearances, and trial preparation
  • Working directly with clients and litigation teams on case strategy

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • 5โ€“7 years of commercial litigation experience
