We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our IP/Tech practice at our Düsseldorf and Stuttgart offices.

Your roleBe at the forefront of transformation – advising on Unified Patent Court, green brands, AI, and IoT issues.
The IP/Tech practice area comprises the following fields:
- Patents
- Trademarks
- Unfair competition law and its regulatory aspects (ESG, product compliance)
- Digital economy (software, data, AI, IoT)
- IP transactions (licences, cooperations)
- State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
- Ideally, relevant experience in IP/Tech
- Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad
- Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome
