A highly respected law firm is seeking an Environmental Associate Attorney to join its Cincinnati office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising clients on environmental compliance, permitting, regulatory matters, enforcement actions, due diligence, and environmental issues arising in business and real estate transactions.

Ideal Background

2+ years of environmental law experience

• Experience with environmental regulatory compliance, permitting, enforcement actions, and administrative matters preferred

• Experience advising clients on federal and state environmental laws, including matters involving air, water, waste, and remediation issues

• Experience supporting real estate, corporate, energy, manufacturing, or development-related matters involving environmental due diligence

• Experience interacting with environmental agencies and regulatory authorities is a plus

• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters independently

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
