  • Orchestrateanalysisharnessing existing BI tools andworkflows

  • Identifyand harnessAI-enabled toolsto detect trends,opportunitiesandinsights

  • Developor vide codedashboards and reportsthat surfacerelevantKPIs

  • Evaluate and implement best-in-class measurement tooling and data infrastructure improvements

Cross-functional Influence and Enablement

  • Partner with Growth, Product, Finance, and Data Science teams to align on shared metrics and reporting, andconnect spend to growth and LTV outcomes

  • Enable marketing and channel teams with self-serve analytics tools and clear KPI frameworks

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence

  • Champion a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making across the growth org

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.

  • 7-10+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or data science within a digital-first or SaaS environment

  • Deepexpertisein marketing measurement, including incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling

  • Proventrack recorddesigning and interpreting A/B and lift tests at scale

  • Experience building and communicating business cases for budget allocation and investment decisions

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority across marketing, product, and finance stakeholders

  • Strong data visualization skillsusing packaged tools or vibe coded apps

  • Exceptional communication skills - able to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences

Preferred experience

  • Experience in SMB-focused platforms,orsubscription-based digital products

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tooling for anomaly detection, forecasting, or insight automation

  • Background working with performance marketing channels at scale (search, social, affiliate)

  • MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative field
