We scale outbound campaigns through proprietary tech, automation, and a high-performance mindset. We're hiring a Campaign Analytics Manager to join our core campaign team and help us optimize and scale high-volume SMS and email initiatives.

About the Role

This is a performance-driven operations role focused on launching, managing, and improving outbound campaigns. You'll work closely with our existing team of campaign managers to drive margin, improve efficiency, and scale what works. Creative copywriting is not the focus—this role is all about execution, optimization, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily SMS and email campaigns, including launch, monitoring, and performance tuning

  • Analyze campaign data to improve ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics

  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests on list segments, timing, and content blocks

  • Optimize lead lists based on past engagement and conversion data

  • Maintain campaign reporting, performance dashboards, and testing logs

  • Collaborate with other campaign managers to share insights and scale winning strategies

  • Operate in a high-volume, performance-based environment where margin matters

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, outbound campaigns, or direct response ops

  • Hands-on with SMS/email campaigns

  • Data-focused mindset with strong proficiency in spreadsheets and campaign analytics

  • Deep understanding of outbound KPIs: EPC, ROI, CTR, deliverability, etc.

  • Driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Local to Vancouver, WA and available for in-office collaboration 3 days per week

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in lead gen, affiliate, or high-volume campaign environments

  • Familiarity with compliance and deliverability best practices

  • Exposure to campaign scripting tools, automation platforms, or data workflows

Why Join Impact Scale

  • Work with a lean, high-output team focused on results

  • Access to strong infrastructure and tools built for volume

  • Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility

  • Competitive base pay + performance incentives

  • Fast-growing company with strong leadership and product-market fit
