Job description

We are looking for a Manager, Business Analytics to lead analytics and reporting initiatives supporting our healthcare customers. This role combines advanced SQL, Tableau, healthcare data, and business analytics with hands-on problem solving, stakeholder collaboration, and process automation to deliver accurate, actionable insights.
A Day in the Life
1. Sync with the Pharmacy Customer Success team to understand reporting priorities and upcoming requests for the day.
2. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Tableau dashboards, syncing data between Tableau and the underlying data warehouse to keep reporting accurate and current.
3. Use SQL and Python to investigate and solve complex data problems, from data quality issues to reporting discrepancies.
4. Design dashboards and reports with an eye for storytelling - choosing the visualizations and layouts that best communicate insights to stakeholders.
5. Support data warehouse operations in Informatica and Databricks to keep reporting pipelines running smoothly.
6. Partner closely with the Pharmacy Customer Success team to translate customer and business questions into actionable, decision-ready reporting.
Requirements
• Handling data issues, analytics and product tickets, and collaborating with different teams to resolve them.
• Doing L2-level debugging to reach an initial analysis conclusion on P1 issues before involving product and infra teams.
• Initiating and contributing to automation opportunities in existing products/processes to reduce manual efforts.
• Basic understanding of incident management, transition management, and problem management.
• Working with scheduling jobs and scripts, and modifying them.
• Maintaining appropriate versioning of documents to be synced with the product version.
• Owning the handover process along with the Lead and the Manager.
• Handling customer issues in daily/weekly meetings, working on Jira tickets, and monitoring Jira queues to ensure tickets are closed within SLAs.
Required Skills• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau.
• Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience with financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of healthcare data (e.g., claims, EHR, pharmacy, or related domains).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a team is preferred.
