Job description

Internship โ€“ AI Business Analytics

Arrowhead Winch is seeking an AI Business Analytics Intern to support our Accounting, IT, Purchasing and Sales Team. This position is responsible for assisting with the application of AI tools to analyze data. Assisting in the responsibilities of analyzing large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.

Arrowhead Winch Internship Schedule and Benefits:

Arrowhead Winch can accommodate part-time or full-time working hours based upon college schedule. This is an on-site internship, and hours must be completed during normal business hours. Duration of Internship could be 6-9 months or longer based upon assigned projects. Limited benefits may include Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug and 401K.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Assist in applying AI tools, and automation technologies to streamline business processes.
  • Support the integration of AI-based solutions
  • Analyze data using AI tools to identify trends, anomalies, and insights. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, Sales and IT teams to improve system efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in developing dashboards, reports and visualization using data analysis tools such as Claude and Perplexity
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • Pursuing a Bachelor level degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Technology or related field.
  • Familiarity with Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Team player, self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments concurrently with changing priorities.
