As a Data Analytics Manager, you play a central role in that work. You ensure the data that supports reporting, compliance, and decision-making is not just accurate, but clear, usable, and aligned with how the organization operates.

Your work gives teams across the agency the insight they need to understand what’s working, identify what needs attention, and move forward with confidence. That clarity strengthens how care is delivered—helping ensure it remains consistent, responsive, and aligned with real client needs.

Join a collaborative environment where your expertise, problem-solving, and follow-through support better decisions and more consistent care.

Why You’ll Love Working at ARC

  • A true four-day, 32-hour workweek that supports real work-life balance
  • Work that connects across teams, supporting staff and improving workflows used throughout the organization
  • A collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values communication, clarity, and shared problem-solving
  • A values-driven culture grounded in transparency, equity, and respect
  • Meaningful work where your efforts support co-workers and help create a more consistent experience for clients

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day work centers on managing, analyzing, and improving data systems—ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational and regulatory needs.

On a Typical Week, You Will:

  • Implement data collection and management processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Conduct audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections
  • Perform data entry, queries, and analysis to support reporting and operations
  • Prepare and analyze reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support compliance reporting and ensure alignment with federal, state, and organizational requirements
  • Monitor data quality and perform cleanup, corrections, and system troubleshooting
  • Manage data migration and system updates, ensuring information is transferred accurately
  • Support database maintenance, including backup, recovery, and optimization
  • Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and provide solutions
  • Respond to data requests and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Maintain strong data security practices and protect sensitive information, including HIPAA and other regulatory standards

When data is accurate and reliable, people can trust what they’re seeing, make informed decisions, and deliver more consistent care. Your work helps make that possible.
