Who You Are:

As the Director, Digital Analytics you are responsible for the development and dissemination of analyses and insights on customer experience throughout the funnel, with recommendations to improve customer engagements, sales, and profitability on the Michael Kors eCommerce sites and KorsVIP app.

You will be an integral member of the site A/B testing team. You will build best-in-class analytics reports, workspaces, and processes which enable Site Merchants, Digital Marketers, Merchants, Planners, and the Creative team to self-serve and make data driven decisions. You will work with the business on reporting requirements. You will also work with the Digital Data team on tagging strategy and advise on tagging requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a Digital Analytics SME for all eCommerce & Digital Marketing reporting, workspaces, and analytic methods.
  • Develop & maintain daily, weekly, quarterly, and seasonal eCommerce KPIs & hindsights to understand how visitors are shopping the site and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce analyses and insights which uncover trends and patterns in visitor behavior on the Michael Kors sites, with recommended actions to drive visitor engagement, and improve conversion.
  • Develop and maintain reporting requirements for existing & new functionality, partner with the Digital Data team to translate them into a Tagging strategy.
  • Proactively monitor site performance with automated alerts as well as daily review of KPIs & key areas of the site.
  • Provide insights which identify areas of friction on the sites, estimate the value of a test, and analyze the performance of all A/B tests.
  • Educate and mentor business partners on Adobe Analytics capabilities, workspaces, and digital analytics best practices.
  • Build, lead, and develop a best-in-class Digital Analytics team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making, continuous learning, operational excellence, and strategic partnership across eCommerce, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams.

You'll Need to Have:

  • Bachelors Degree required in Statistics, Analysis, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in e-commerce
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with ability to convey complex concepts and tell the data story to business partners
  • Ability to understand key business priorities and leverage digital analytics to address them
  • Expert level skills in Adobe Analytics, including Adobe Workspace
  • Advanced Excel skills, proficient with PowerPoint
  • Experience with A/B testing solutions, such as Target, Dynamic Yield, Optimizely
  • Creative problem solver with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; experience building and maintaining relationships across a wide range of business partners
