Job Description

The Director, Analytics will be central in driving data-driven performance across both media and digital experience, with a focus on conversion optimization and online business outcomes.

This role will act as a key partner to clients and internal teams, ensuring that media strategies (Search, Social, Programmatic) are tightly integrated with site-side analytics (Adobe Analytics / GA4) and optimized to drive transactions, revenue, and user engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize data to drive end-to-end performance across media and on-site conversion
  • Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels (visit browse purchase), identifying friction points and optimization opportunities
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics / GA4 to evaluate site behavior, including drop-off, pathing, and engagement trends
  • Partner with internal and client teams to improve landing page performance, user experience, and checkout flows
  • Support Search and Social optimization efforts with a focus on driving conversions and measurable business outcomes
  • Develop and execute test-and-learn strategies across media and digital experience
  • Deliver insights tied to key business metrics such as revenue, orders, bookings, and acquisition efficiency
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that connect media performance to site behavior and conversion outcomes
  • Act as a key point of contact for performance analytics and optimization initiatives
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, or e-commerce analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or GA4, including funnel and behavioral analysis
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, customer journeys, and digital performance KPIs (conversion rate, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing Search and/or Social traffic for conversion outcomes
  • Background in transaction-driven environments (e-commerce, travel, marketplaces, delivery platforms, etc.) preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including media, product, and UX
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills

ย Compensation Range: USD $135,375.00 - USD $194,460.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
