Job description

Drivven is an affiliate marketing ad agency that partners with creators to build and scale profitable paid advertising portfolios across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, and TikTok. Our ads drive traffic to affiliate storefronts and links on platforms such as Amazon, LTK, Mavely, and ShopMy, helping creators generate scalable revenue.

We are a lean, operations-driven team that values ownership, accuracy, clear systems, and long-term growth. We prioritize smart systems, clear judgment, and sustainable growth for both our clients and our team.

About the Role

We are hiring a Portfolio Operations Associate to support the execution, optimization, and maintenance of paid ad portfolios for creator clients.

This role focuses on ad operations, reporting, and execution, not creative strategy or sales. You’ll work closely with the Manager of Operations & Client Success, executing ad actions based on internal analysis and keeping portfolios running smoothly.

This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, process-driven, and comfortable working with data and systems.

Schedule Expectations

This is a primarily daytime role with some scheduled evening coverage required.

On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, (or any adjusted days due to reporting delays) the associate will be responsible for approximately 2 hours of work between 4:00pm–9:00pm PST to support ad monitoring and routine operational tasks. Exact timing within this window may vary.

The remainder of the work schedule is flexible within standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Operations & Paid Ads Execution

  • Launch and manage paid ads across Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Execute routine ad actions including budget changes, duplications, pausing, and scaling
  • Maintain clean campaign structure, naming conventions, and account organization
  • Support cross-platform ad expansion initiatives

Data, Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Pull ad performance data from advertising platforms
  • Pull affiliate performance data from Amazon, LTK, Mavely, ShopMy, and other platforms
  • Update internal tracking spreadsheets and reporting systems
  • Prepare accurate weekly client reports and internal performance files

Client & Inventory Coordination

  • Coordinate with inventory teams to confirm product availability
  • Identify out-of-stock products and assist with pausing or swapping ads
  • Send routine client communications using pre-approved templates
  • Escalate strategic or sensitive issues to the Operations Manager

Operational Support & Systems

  • Create and organize Google Drive folders and assets for new clients
  • Support client onboarding materials and setup
  • Follow documented SOPs while helping improve processes over time
  • Proactively identify issues, inconsistencies, or operational risks

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and reporting
  • Ability to follow processes and execute consistently
  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver (“I will figure it out” mindset)
  • Calm under pressure; reliable with deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in digital marketing, paid advertising, or the creator economy

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, or TikTok Ads
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (Amazon Associates, LTK, Mavely, ShopMy)
  • Prior experience in operations, ad operations, coordinator, or support roles

Why Join Drivven

  • Hands-on training from an experienced operations leader
  • Clear expectations, structured workflows, and low chaos
  • Opportunity to grow into expanded operations ownership, paid ads support, or platform specialization
  • Supportive, thoughtful team culture focused on sustainability
