This role will be dedicated to one or more of the aforementioned organizations.

This role serves as the strategic narrative and insights leader for DAIO, responsible for translating complex strategy into clear, compelling, and decision‑oriented materials for the DAIO Senior Leadership Team and senior executives, including supporting content for Board of Directors and C‑suite forums. The Director will partner closely within DAIO and with senior executives to ensure strategic priorities are clearly articulated, aligned to enterprise goals, and driven to measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with DAIO senior leadership to help refine, operationalize, and execute DAIO strategy, goals, objectives, and priorities aligned to enterprise strategy. Translate long‑term strategic direction into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions with executive leadership to define priorities, focus areas, and success measures.
  • Lead and support structured strategic initiatives within DAIO to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and define OKRs, KPIs, and scorecards aligned to Enterprise Data, Enterprise AI and Data Architecture enterprise priorities.
  • Bring visibility and measurement to goals, initiatives, and performance within and across DAIO.
  • Design and run governance forums and executive reviews to track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain executive‑level reporting, including preparing inputs and materials for CEO‑level Monthly Operating Report reviews.
  • Create clear, compelling strategic narratives that support communication of DAIO’s transformational priorities and progress.
  • Develop high‑quality executive‑ready materials, including presentations, insights, and recommendations, and support development of board‑ready materials as needed.
  • Support and coordinate content for DAIO senior leadership meetings, Board of Directors and senior executive meetings.
  • Partner with DAIO Senior Leadership Team to ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging across executive deliverables.
  • Align closely with peer Directors and functional leaders to ensure consistency, prioritization, and delivery across DAIO initiatives.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry analyses to inform strategic priorities and executive decision‑making.
  • Synthesize external insights with internal performance data to shape strategic recommendations.
  • Partner closely with DAIO leaders and enterprise stakeholders to ensure alignment across functions and business units.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within assigned domains, helping navigate ambiguity and drive execution clarity.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, and C‑suite‑level reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a data‑driven mindset.
