As a Senior Analyst of Global Digital Strategy, you will assist the team in researching & compiling insights into impactful and innovative strategies which will be used by digital product teams to build a best-in-class online customer experience.

Qualifications
You'll have...

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in digital experience strategy, either in consulting practice, digital agency, ecommerce, a global product organization and/or a unique combination of these
  • 2+ years of experience framing a verbal or written POV to influence leaders, partners and peers.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting global markets, working at a global company, and or understanding of regional customer similarities and differences
  • 2+ years of experience using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is a skill that will be leveraged consistently in this position

Even better, you may have...
  • Master's degree
  • Strategy consulting experience
  • Experience with research tools and managing research vendors
  • Confident and trustworthy professional with excellent relational, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills
  • Very comfortable with ambiguity and working in "white space"
  • Intellectually curious individual, keeping up to date with relevant trends
  • Comfortable contributing to framing and explanation of sophisticated ideas and concepts in accessible language
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail. You take responsibility of your own time management and deliverables and relentlessly push to improve and outdo yourself in your work
