  • Support the delivery of communications measurement and insight projects across a variety of industries and client accounts
  • Assist with project setup, data collection, quality assurance, and report preparation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Analyze media coverage and communications data to identify trends, key findings, and actionable insights
  • Help prepare client presentations, reports, and supporting materials under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Coordinate project deliverables and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
  • Support onboarding activities for new client projects by helping document project requirements and delivery plans
Insight Development
  • Interpret communications and media data to help identify meaningful patterns and trends
  • Contribute to written reports that translate data into clear, easy-to-understand insights
  • Learn industry-standard communications measurement frameworks and apply them consistently across client work
  • Support senior team members in developing strategic recommendations based on communications performance
AI-Enabled Research & Analysis

  • Maintain organized project documentation using CRM and file management systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Insight & Consultancy, Commercial, Customer Success, and Production teams to support successful project delivery
  • Communicate project updates and raise questions or risks promptly when support is needed
Learning & Development
  • Participate in training to build expertise in communications measurement, consulting, and media intelligence
  • Contribute ideas for improving internal processes and team workflows
  • Support the development of internal knowledge resources and best practices
  • Assist with research for thought leadership content, webinars, blog posts, and industry presentations
If the details below describe you, you could be a great fit for this role:
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, media intelligence, marketing, research, analytics, or a related field (internship experience may be considered)

  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret information and identify meaningful trends
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and presentation software to organize and communicate information
  • Comfort learning new technologies and digital tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies, and an understanding of the importance of validating AI-generated outputs
