Position Overview The Allocation Analyst plays a critical role in driving sales and inventory productivity by managing SKU-level merchandise allocation across all store locations and eCommerce channels. This role ensures inventory is optimized to support sales goals, in-stock performance, and visual presentation standards. Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Buying, and Planning teams, the Allocation Analyst helps shape assortment strategies, influence inventory flow, and identify opportunities to maximize overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities Execute SKU-level allocation strategies aligned with assortment, inventory, and sales plans to support overall business performance Maintain optimal inventory levels across stores and eCommerce to support in-stock performance and customer experience Analyze sales and inventory performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities at the store and product level Conduct pre-season, in-season, and post-season analyses to identify sales opportunities and inventory risks Monitor distribution center (DC) inventory flow and partner with Demand Planning to support timely product replenishment Evaluate results and help refine allocation strategies to improve sales, optimize inventory levels, and reduce stock imbalances Run and maintain reports to monitor sales, inventory performance, and allocation effectiveness Support cross-functional projects and collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, and Planning teams
