Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Analyst to support and optimize end-to-end PTP operations. This role is responsible for analyzing accounts payable and procurement processes, identifying operational inefficiencies, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The position serves as a key liaison with our outsourced invoice processing provider for both ICP and third-party suppliers and requires frequent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across Purchasing, Receiving, Finance, Logistics, and Operations.
This position is in Racine, WI and is eligible for our hybrid work environment working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service by resolving invoice and payment-related issues in a timely manner and coordinating resolution across cross-functional teams when needed.
  • Analyze Procure-to-Pay workflows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor invoice processing activities, payment cycles, aging reports, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Participate in Accounts Payable audit activities to identify processing errors, compliance risks, and control gaps.
  • Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier inquiries.
  • Assist with reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis to support operational performance improvements.
  • Support automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the PTP process.

Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), or related finance operations.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and related functions including Purchasing, Receiving, and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respect tight deadlines.
  • Familiar with manufacturing or industrial environments.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $54,375.00 - $92,400.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
