Salary: $140,000-160,000/Annual

Schedule: Due to the nature of law enforcement work and operation, position may require occasional support outside of core working hours, as well as intermittent weekend support, mission dependent.

Job Summary:

The Agency Manager manages the execution of the Asset Forfeiture Program Support Contract for a single customer agency throughout the United States.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise each subordinate supervisor
  • Oversee and/or perform all recruiting and hiring for customer agency within area of responsibility.
  • Execute the Contractor's training and quality control programs within area of responsibility.
  • Recruit and hire all supervisors in coordination with the ACOR and Contractor's Program Manager; and
  • Approve hiring of all personnel within area of responsibility

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

  • A four-year undergraduate degree.
  • Experience working with US Attorney's office
  • Extensive law enforcement agency experience working in seizure of assets connected to criminal activity (e.g. drug trafficking, fraud, money laundering) preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of recent experience in and familiarity with analytical process and legal assistance and five years of supervisory experience are also beneficial to performance of services.
  • Performance of services requires familiarity with analytical processes and legal assistance.
  • Must have experience directing multiple tasks/projects at multiple locations as well as progressive experiences with management and office procedures.
  • Oral and written skills are sufficient to perform services.

Applicants selected may be subject to a government background investigation and may be required to meet the following conditions of employment.

Security Requirements/Background Investigation Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.
  • Favorable credit check for all cleared positions
  • Successfully passing a background investigation including drug screening.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees. Standing for prolonged and extended periods of time.
  • Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0% - 10% of the time.
  • Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0% - 10% of the time.
  • Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
  • Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time.
