Title Agency Manager
Title Center of the South
Brentwood, TN (onsite)

Step into a pivotal role at Title Center of the South (TCOS) where you'll run the heartbeat of a busy title and settlement operation. As the Agency Manager, you'll oversee daily workflow, supervise and develop a high-performing team, and partner closely with leadership to deliver accurate, on-time commitments, policies, and closings for our clients.Experience and expertise in title insurance and administrative operations REQUIRED.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead day-to-day office operations, staff meetings, and performance management against production and quality goals.
  • Coordinate order intake, title searches, and closing schedules; maintain lender, client, and provider information.
  • Produce and review commitments, policies, endorsements; ensure accurate data entry and complete documentation.
  • Monitor settlement functions, financial controls, and service standards; act on findings from audits.
  • Maintain inventory (policy jackets, forms, promo items), accounts receivable, pending files, and required reports.
  • Use appropriate rates, forms, software, and guidelines to meet production and compliance targets.
  • Communicate regularly with Marketing and Operations Representatives on volume, issues, and quality.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent training/experience).
  • Proficiency with SoftPro preferred, strong computer skills required.
  • Experience and expertise in title insurance underwriting, settlement and administrative operations REQUIRED.
  • Proven strengths in organization, communication, training/presentations, and relationship building.
  • Analytical problem solver who handles conflict well, stays calm under pressure, meets deadlines, and maintains accurate files.
  • Results-oriented leader committed to service excellence and compliance.
